PARTY!!!

Today Landon got to party with his buddies Briley, Cameron, and Dawson. My Bible study group decided to have a family night. We did an Italian themed pot luck, discussed our next study topic (we picked Fire Proof ), and just had a good night of fellowship. The kiddos had such a good time. They were all in such good moods, and not one of them were fussy. Landon even took a 30 minute nap (which is rare for him to take naps away from home). We had so much fun watching the kids, and talking about all the different things that they were doing now. Everyone had a wonderful and can't wait to get together again soon.

Day Out With Dad

Now that I have gone back to work, Paul and Landon get to spend every Friday with each other since Paul works a 4 day week and gets Fridays off. So, Fridays are now Boys Day Out (or in, whatever they decide to do). Today was Paul's first Friday with Landon, and he said that they had a great time. Landon was in a good mood all day. When I got home from work, we were all playing and noticed that Landon had gotten his second tooth, bottom right center. He is just growing and changing every day. It makes me feel like I better not blink because I might miss something.

First Tooth

Today was an eventful day for Landon. His first tooth came through, and he got his second hair cut. This morning Paul, Landon, and I were laying in the bed playing, and Landon decided to chew on my finger (one of his most favorite things to do), and as he was nawing away I thought I felt something sharp. And, sure enough his first little tooth had broke through. It was his bottom center tooth and you could barely feel it. But it was there. I couldn't believe it, my baby boy was getting his teeth (this finger chewing that he loves to do will have to come to an end soon).

Not only did Landon get his first tooth today, he also got his second hair cut. His hair had already grown back to the Kramer/Lyle Lovett/Grinch stage, so it was time for cut #2. This time I took him to Salon G, and he did great. The stylist was even able to use clippers on him. He looked adorable with his new little flat top.
